Travelling after completing study in UK is what international student will do. Students can choose to follow travel agencies as their choice or be a backpacker.

Choosing the place to stay always is the main problem that the tourist may face to. Most of the students were torn between to stay in hostel or hotel during travelling. A lot of student might get confuse what is the difference between hostel and hotel. There is however significant differences between these two types of travel accommodations.

Hostel is like a small common living inn. Normally these are more reserved to tourists who plan to travel on a budget and it is most favoured among young people, as they give the opportunity to save money and at the same time also can experience the local culture and meets with other people who are come from different places.

Hotel is a more established and has a more together and proper environment. Rooms are often well-appointed and private, dining options are abundant and offer a wide selection, facilities are professionally maintained an immaculate. A hotel provides a level of sophistication and comfort that is appropriate for travellers who are more established.

“Hostel will be my first choice, because they are cheaper,” said Emmy Lau, senior who studies in UK before. For Emmy, stay in hostel not only can experience another culture and also can let her meet with new people in hostel.

Another senior Peggy said that hotel will be her first choice when she going to travel. “I can get a private room when I stay in hotel, because it is more safety especially when you travelling in Europe, because you will never know what will happen.”
